Sometimes all it takes to form a good habit is setting a goal to beat. The trouble becomes, how do you measure your progress towards that goal. That is where a good quality Pedometer comes into play. It acts as a personal digital coach to keep you going each day and striving to beat the day before.

I am not talking about walking around your house and tracking every step you take but rather getting outside or in a mall and picking up the pace on your walks. Take 15 minutes at lunch or walk around the block with the kids or your pet. It's not hard to add extra steps into your day.
